Recently we were asked if it was possible to make the Adjuster Review lines stand out a little better on our Contents Valuation Report (CVR – the format in which the evaluations are returned to you). As it was, the lines were fairly easy to scroll past and miss. To address this issue we have made an update to the CVR. Now any lines marked “Adjuster Review” as the Replacement Price Source (column H) will be automatically highlighted bright yellow.
This is a great improvement but invariably we have to tell you how to return the colors to normal!
What triggers the yellow highlighting is the phrase “Adjuster Review” in column H. The simple fix is to put the cursor in column H of the highlighted row and hit delete, or type in anything else you prefer such as “Reviewed”. Once the phrase “Adjuster Review” is removed, the color scheme returns to normal.
Since we don’t process the spreadsheet in the same manner you do, it’s very helpful to receive feedback on how the spreadsheet can be a better tool. If you have any ideas or suggestions for improvements to anything we do for you, let us know!
