Can't figure it out?

Our brains are programmed to form patterns and make connections.  It is natural to jump to conclusions based on what we want and/or expect to see. Although this trait serves us well in a society that overloads us with information on a daily basis, the brain doesn't always get it right!
For example, the simple answer to question number one is not June but your brain sees a pattern and continues it.
This exercise can serve as a reminder that sometimes the easy answer isn't necessarily the correct one. Remember that although a certain way of thinking has worked in the past, there is always another way to look at a situation and others may not come to the same conclusions you do!
